Mayor Donald Garcia gave a "special" State of the City presentation during the annual breakfast at the Aliso Viejo Conference Center. We had 200 people in attendance while the Mayor honored Aliso Viejo's 2009 Citizens, Senior and Youth of the Year.
We here at the Aliso Viejo Conference Center were proud and honored to host such a special event in our community.
